Engaging education and therapy that is tailored to fit your needs!
In one-on-one therapy, Kathryn begins by evaluating your child to understand their unique needs and uncover any underlying challenges. Based on this evaluation, she will develop a personalized plan and work with your family on a consistent schedule—typically one to three times per week, depending on your child’s needs and your preferences. During these sessions, Kathryn provides hands-on support, education, and coaching. She helps your child build new skills while guiding your family in applying those skills in everyday life. Together, you’ll set specific, meaningful goals and actively work toward them. Therapy can support a wide range of areas, including connection and engagement, social skills, self-care, independence in daily routines, functional communication, participation in family and community life, sensory processing and integration, fine motor skills, and more. Contact Kathryn by phone or email to learn more!
Consultations are a great way to access Kathryn’s knowledge and get tailored coaching on how to apply it for those not currently receiving traditional one-on-one therapy with her. Consultations can work to target individual, parent, family, professional, or organizational needs. They typically occur in hourly segments and blend education with questioning, strategy development, and targeted steps for implementation of concepts. Please note that all one-to-one treatment plans incorporate child/parent/family coaching. Contact Kathryn by phone or email to inquire about consultations
The desire to connect with their child is one of the most fundamental hopes a parent holds. While children with Autism absolutely can—and do—form deep, meaningful relationships, building those connections can sometimes feel challenging. Drawing from her experience as a therapist and her in-depth study of neuroscience and relationship-based approaches, Kathryn has developed a unique, integrative method for fostering connection. Her approach weaves together the Polyvagal Theory, to support felt safety and co-regulation, Sensory Integration principles, to address sensory needs and regulation, and DIRFloortime, to nurture social-emotional development and engagement. Through individualized coaching, Kathryn empowers parents and caregivers to understand these frameworks and apply them in practical, compassionate ways—opening the door to deeper, more joyful connection with their children. Contact her by phone or email to learn more!

She presents in a wide range of settings—from local schools and community groups to online platforms and international conferences. No matter the venue, Kathryn brings her signature style: engaging and relatable with a clear and organized message, shaped by her experience as an educator. She has a unique talent for translating complex neuroscience into clear, everyday language that resonates with parents, educators, and professionals alike.
